Eyes on Fire Rock Old National with Badflower and Pop Evil

We had the absolute pleasure of seeing Eyes on Fire tear down The Deluxe at Old National Centre.

Eyes on Fire¬†were an opening act, (for Pop Evil), that deserved a headliner position on the big stage. They brought a fresh flavor of metal music well needed in the Indianapolis area. Playing songs like “In The End” and my personal favorite “Rest in Pieces”, rekindled my love for metal music but more importantly, LIVE MUSIC.

We spoke with the lead guitarist, Andrew, about their live performances. “Download our music, buy an album, or just steal it…our live shows are where it’s at.” And I wholeheartedly agreed.

Andrew spoke of the band’s lineup changes over the years. “This band has changed members 3 or 4 times, but this is hands down the strongest we’ve ever been”. They are currently in the studio working on the follow up to their previous album, “Victimizer” and an upcoming music video.

Andrew also filled us in on an upcoming “mystery” show towards the end of April. This show is not to be missed. To know more, follow the band on Facebook and ReverbNation.
